Information on revoking

You can return the goods received without giving evidence of reason within a period of 14 days to the following address or you can revoke in a written form, e.g. in form of a letter, an e-mail or fax. The period of revoking starts on receiving your goods and or at its earliest point of time by reading this information. For keeping to this period the posting of the goods or revoking (in a written form within this time frame) is sufficient. The returning of the goods is at our costs and at our risk.

In the case of the application of the right of returning the goods, the services received or the advantages of usage (e.g. benefit from usage) have to be returned. In case a deterioration of the goods, a compensation of value can be issued. This is not valid if the deterioration of the goods can be exclusively derived from them being checked. Futhermore, you can avoid the compensation of value by not using the goods as an owner and by refraining from anything that could impair their value. If you make use of returning your goods, the sales contract will be invalid.

General terms of business

1. Contract
On receiving your order, a legally binding business contract is accomplished, which is subject to the regulations on distant sale contracts (§§312 BGB, BGB-InfoV). This contract can be cancelled within a period of 14 days, after receipt of the goods being ordered.

2. Delivery
The delivery of goods is carried out by DHL. The delivery time for the manufacturing of your Vitallo shoes is generally 12 weeks. We reserve the right to deliver a product which is equal in value and quality to the product shown in our brochure. In the case the article is not available, we furthermore reserve the right of not carrying out the delivery.

3. Guarantee
We will grant a 24-month guarantee on our articles for any sort of faulty material or mistakes in production according to the legal regulations of guarantee. Those faults will be done away with in form of repair, substitution or the amount paid will be credited. Please do make a complaint concerning the faults immediately. The right of guarantee will not be applied to those cases, when the faults are due to the wearing out of your shoes, linked up with usage or incorrect treatment.

Note: Leather is a unique piece of nature. That is why its natural surface shows irregularities in colour and grain. Hence, slight deviations from the shown products in our brochures are possible and no faulty material can be derived from them.

4. Way of payment
Payment order: We can only start manufacturing the article you asked for after receiving a deposit. The amount of the deposit depends on the respective model and we will be announced after receiving your order.

On receiving your goods, you will find an invoice of the total amount. In addition to that, you will receive a covering letter showing the remaining amount to be paid. Before paying the remaining amount, you can check the quality of the goods. If you keep the goods, the remaining amount listed is to be paid within 14 days after the date of invoice (without deduction).

Payment by credit card: We reserve the right to debit a deposit from your credit card before we start manufacturing your Vitallo shoes. The amount of the deposit depends on the respective model and we will be announced after receiving your order. The remaining amount will be listed in a covering letter attached to your shoes. This amount will not be credited from your account until you have received your goods.

5. Legal ownership
The goods will remain our property until the total payment has been carried out.

6. Data protection
All data necessary for concluding your order smoothly will be saved and processed by us. Your personal data will be dealt with confidence and will only be given to our service partners (e.g. DHL), but not to third parties for purposes of advertisement.

7. Salvatorian clause
If any regulation of this contract is not valid, statutory requirements will take over the invalid regulations. The validity of all contract regulations will remain untouched.
